I began drawing Sonder in 2018, inspired by the word coined by John Koenig:

“Sonder - the realization that every person you pass carries a world within them: their own thoughts, stories, fears, and dreams, just as vivid and intricate as your own. A reminder that behind every glance lies a lifetime unfolding.”

That understanding changed how I move through the world... I hope they inspire you to carry that feeling forward.
